Erica Valliant is a strategist, facilitator, community leader, speaker, and leadership coach. She is the founder of The Valliant Strategy Studio, a consulting practice built on a simple belief: that the most powerful change happens when people are equipped to lead from where they stand.

Erica doesn't just consult on systems change, she lives it. From the school board room to housing policy, she has spent years working at the intersection of equity, governance, and community power in Saint Paul.

A proud resident of the Rondo neighborhood in Summit University, Erica is deeply rooted in the communities she serves. She is an elected member of the Saint Paul Board of Education, Board member for the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless, and a member of the Metro State University Community Engagement Council.

She is known for making complex work feel human. Her sessions are engaging, honest, and built around the real challenges her clients face, not a generic framework or a slide deck designed to put people to sleep.

When she is not consulting, Erica is raising five children and proving every day that leadership doesn't wait for a perfect moment or a perfect title.
